Great to meet you!

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to care for yourself. If you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, burnout, or a major life transition, you're not alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with years of experience in community mental health and private practice. I help high-functioning women and men move beyond survival mode by building healthier boundaries, regulating their nervous system, and reconnecting with themselves. Together, we'll create practical strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, meaning we work together to create a plan that fits your goals and experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, somatic interventions, trauma-focused therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy when they best support your needs. Whether we're processing trauma, managing anxiety, navigating ADHD, or working through a life transition, my goal is to help you develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current challenges, your goals, and any experiences that feel important to understanding where you are today. There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin creating a personalized plan so you leave with a clear sense of direction and confidence about the work we'll do together.
