Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience, I help clients navigate complex emotions, life transitions, relationship changes, and the challenges that accompany loss and healing. I effectively integrate my professional expertise and therapeutic skills to support individuals. My extensive experience encompasses working with clients experiencing chronic and terminal illnesses, caregivers, the bereaved, perinatal and postpartum populations, individuals navigating perinatal loss, pregnancy loss, infant loss, and reproductive grief, as well as geriatric and veteran populations.

As a specialist in grief and bereavement counseling, I have earned certification in Hospice and Palliative Care, which further strengthens my ability to support clients through loss, serious illness, caregiving, and major life transitions. Additionally, as a SIFI-certified professional, I am qualified to train emerging social workers.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, supportive space where clients can process emotions, develop coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate life’s most challenging transitions by

-Focusing on changing behaviors and thought patterns that cause distress.

-Emphasizing how people's thoughts influence their feelings and behaviors.

-Giving clients ownership of rewriting their life story.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. They can feel safe, supported, heard, and empowered.
