Great to meet you!

Welcome to Therapy All Day, LLC!

I’m Mrs. Shaniqua Smith, LCSW — founder and therapist of Therapy All Day. I’m a proud graduate of Spelman College and Clark Atlanta University’s Whitney M. Young School of Social Work, with advanced training in competitive and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I’m known for my humor, energy, and attentiveness — I remember the little things that matter to my clients and often check in outside of sessions because your well-being matters to me beyond our scheduled time. Whether we’re tackling anxiety, navigating relationships, or adjusting to major life changes, I bring both skill and heart to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

While this is my provider profile on Headway, Therapy All Day, LLC operates independently as my private practice dedicated to helping clients find balance, healing, and tools they can carry all day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, energetic, and deeply personalized. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself while also being gently challenged to grow. I pay close attention to the nuances — the subtle shifts, recurring patterns, and unspoken feelings — because often it’s the smallest details that reveal the biggest insights. Using a blend of humor, compassion, and evidence-based techniques, I help you build practical skills you can apply in real life while keeping our work engaging and relatable.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session with greater clarity, practical strategies, and a sense that you were truly heard and remembered. My clients often say they feel lighter, more equipped to handle challenges, and encouraged to take the next step toward change. I aim to create an environment that is warm, safe, and infused with moments of laughter — because growth doesn’t always have to be heavy. From the big breakthroughs to the smallest wins, I’m here to celebrate your progress and remind you that your story matters in every detail.
