I'm a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult mental health, and I'm passionate about helping people in the most effective, personalized way I can.

I believe good care starts with connection. While strong credentials matter, what matters most to me is truly listening and understanding what you're going through — then building a plan that fits your values and your goals. Care with me might involve prescribing, deprescribing, interventional treatment, therapy, or a thoughtful combination, always tailored to what will help you most.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have particular expertise in ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and bipolar spectrum disorders, as well as family-centered care. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, reassessing your current treatment, or supporting a loved one, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you.

I completed my medical education at UT Health San Antonio, my residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and my fellowship at the University of Colorado / Children's Hospital of Colorado.
