I am an IFS Informed, EMDR therapist, who specializes in working with adults recovering from “adult child” issues, who’ve experienced emotional neglect as children, who struggle with codependency, adults with emotionally immature or addicted parents/spouses, friends and family of alcoholics or addicts, OCD, highly anxious over achievers/perfectionists, and adults who’ve survived complex family trauma.

I utilize a range of methods included but not limited to; SAFE EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, Solutions Focused/Brief Therapy and soon to be EMDR Trained!

I create a warm and accepting environment for clients to explore themselves in. I sometimes utilize "thought homework" between session but your growth is up to you! I'm here to support you in whatever goals you set.
