Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in family and internal medicine. My experience in both physical and mental health care allows me to take a whole-person approach, recognizing how medical conditions, lifestyle, stress, and emotional well-being can all affect mental health. I provide compassionate, judgment-free care and work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep concerns, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your treatment.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should be collaborative and individualized. I take time to listen to your concerns, understand your symptoms and goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. When medication is appropriate, I focus on thoughtful prescribing, education, and ongoing monitoring while considering your overall physical health and lifestyle. I want you to understand your treatment options and feel comfortable participating in decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation where I take the time to get to know you and understand what brought you to care. We’ll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll talk through your options and develop an individualized plan that feels comfortable and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps in your care.
