I’m Shanna Rayyan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who is passionate about helping my clients work through their traumas, hardships, and mental illness in order to improve their quality of life. I use an eclectic approach, implementing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities that best fit my specific client’s life story, needs, and goals.

I utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Family Therapy.

I use my authenticity, humor, and unconditional positive regard for the humanity of my client to guide our work together creating trust, safety, and hope. I take the time really listening and understanding my client’s life story and assessing their needs, strengths, and areas they want to see the most life change.
