A bit about my approach to therapy

We use self-empowering methods like biofeedback, photobiomodualtion (PBM), neurofeedback, medication management and psychedelic psychotherapy.

My goal is to optimize nature's healing properties while using the most effective, evidence-based practices to help people achieve optimal emotional and mental coherence. Education about mind-body interactions is a cornerstone of the practice.
