Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Shannen Anderson and I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College in Newton, Massachusetts. I am an Army Veteran and specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions and have experience helping individuals of all age ranges. I am passionate and committed to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges and fostering personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide tailored care that respects each person’s unique needs and circumstances. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and my style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive, aimed at building a trusting and empowering relationship with every client.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a safe space to explore, reflect, and develop new strategies for coping and thriving. My goal is to help you gain insights, build resilience, and create lasting change that empowers you to live the life you want.

Feel free to reach out if you’re ready to take the next step. I’d love to support you in achieving your goals.
