Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here. As a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience across hospitals, primary care, and integrated behavioral health, I know how demanding it can be to care for others while trying to care for yourself. My work is rooted in science-backed, whole-person care, and I specialize in helping individuals navigate burnout, moral injury, chronic stress, sleep difficulties, and health-related challenges. I’m particularly passionate about supporting those in helping professions—clinicians, first responders, and caregivers—who give so much to others and deserve a space to heal and recharge.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care values your autonomy and recognizes you as the expert of your life and experiences. I strive to provide the compassionate, non-judgmental, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space that enables us to work collaboratively towards your goals. I am guided by a belief in your resiliency and a commitment to eliciting your unique strengths to help you move and sustain progress towards the life that you value — one of quality, richness, and connection to what matters most to you. I bring authenticity, warmth, a bit of scientific nerdiness, and an anti-oppressive lens. All identities and intersectionalities are welcomed.

What you can expect from me

I’ll take the time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals while also providing initial insights and strategies you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to leave our session feeling heard, understood, and with tools you can use right away.

I’d love to support you on your journey toward greater balance, fulfillment, and well-being.
