Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist who works with teens and adults navigating identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and the impact of family and cultural experiences. I believe many of our struggles make more sense when viewed in the context of the relationships, identities, communities, and systems that shape our lives. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to define growth on their own terms. My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand your experiences, patterns, and goals. I draw from EMDR, ACT, DBT, narrative therapy, family therapy, and body-based approaches to support healing and meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore both your internal world and the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped your story. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and authentic self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I’ll spend time learning about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I also encourage clients to ask me questions. Whether about what to expect from therapy, why I became a therapist, or even some of my hobbies and interests.
