Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience helping people navigate substance use and mental health issues. I have worked with people who use drugs and their family members in numerous settings and have experience conducting individual and group therapy. I obtained my master's degree from Temple University and am passionate about supporting those with substance use challenges and their loved ones.

My approach to therapy

Life can be overwhelming, but seeking help shouldn't be. Mental health and substance use challenges can affect anyone, and there’s no shame in asking for support when life gets tough. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your emotions and experiences and work toward being a better version of yourself.

Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, or looking to reduce or stop substance use, I’m here to help. With over 10 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, I provide a supportive environment and a harm reduction approach, offering honest feedback to guide you toward your personal goals.

My goal is to meet you where you are, empowering you to achieve the changes you seek. If you think we’d be a good fit or have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime.

My approach to therapy is rooted in harm reduction, self-compassion, and meeting clients where they are. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and I take time to get to know each client in order to identify the tools and modalities that best fit their needs. Whether working toward abstinence, reducing use, or managing emotional stressors, I focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and supporting sustainable change. My work is collaborative and nonjudgmental, helping clients set realistic goals while honoring their autonomy and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, increased self-awareness, and practical strategies they can apply in their daily lives. They’ll gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, as well as tools to navigate challenges with more confidence and self-compassion. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they work through challenges and reach goals.
