Great to meet you!

Dr S is accepting new patients for private pay and with Aetna or United Behavior Health insurance coverage.

After earning a masters' degree and gaining licensure I decided a doctorate would enhance my understanding of current research and treatment approaches. Goals are achievable when a person has a clinician who assists with understanding barriers. That clinician is me. I am not a traditional "how does that make you feel, ok now we are done" therapist. I utilize current research and treatment methods to coach a person to accomplish his/her goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in getting to the core of issues and challenging clients to face fears, or utilize therapeutic tools to move forward. I am a trauma counselor who has specialty training to help clients free them selves from struggle.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will take away education, insight, and the expectation they will utilize the tools they are given.
