Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Shannon and I am honored to help people create the change they want in their lives. My clients often come to therapy because they are repeating patterns that are no longer working for them - both individually and in relationships. My job is to help you identify the patterns through a holistic lens, to better understand yourself and to give you ways to adjust and grow, while staying true to you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, sexual challenges, and life transitions. I am EMDR-trained, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and I integrate mindfulness techniques & coping skills as a key component of my therapeutic approach.

What you can expect from our first session

I would be honored to assist you in reaching your goals! I work in collaboration with members of your healthcare team, and can provide meal support, practice using coping skills, and mindfulness techniques during sessions in order to best support your healing. I can incorporate a spiritual, faith-based perspective into our work upon request.
