Alongside traditional talk therapy, we may incorporate art, writing, mindfulness, and somatic (body-based) techniques to help bring unconscious patterns into awareness. By doing so, we can begin to understand the habits and beliefs that keep us stuck in old ways of being.
Together, we’ll offer compassion to the parts of you that are hurting, reclaim your sense of agency, and nurture the sacred space within you where joy can grow and thrive.
