Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am glad you are here!

I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with more than twenty years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work and have had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan throughout my career. The first half of my career was dedicated to supporting children and families. For the past nine years, I have specialized in working with veteran's diagnosed with PTSD. My areas of expertise include PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief/loss.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. I use a person-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Seeking support is a courageous step, and I am committed to helping clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling life. During our first session you can "tell your story" and we will collaborate to identify goals you would like to address during therapy.
