Great to meet you!

You might feel like you’ve been in survival mode for a long time—always on guard, waiting for the next shoe to drop, wondering why everything feels so heavy. Trauma can show up as anxiety, irritability, numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. In our work together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been through, and help you build tools that actually work in your real life, not just in theory.

My approach to therapy

I’m a trauma-focused therapist and former correctional officer, which means I understand high‐stress, high‐stakes environments and the impact they leave on your body and mind. As a non-binary, biracial clinician, I bring an empowering, trauma‐informed, and deeply human approach. Sessions with me are grounded, honest, and reflective—we might explore big existential questions while also focusing on very practical next steps.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to keep doing this alone or “just push through.” If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again—or even figure out who that person is—I’d be honored to work with you. When you’re ready, book a session so we can talk about what’s going on and what you need right now.
