Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for taking a moment to get to know me! I’m a dedicated therapist with extensive experience across the lifespan, working with clients as young as toddlers to older adults well into their 90s. I hold a master’s in clinical counseling and mental health and am advancing my training in a PhD program in Psychology. My clinical journey spans all levels of care from inpatient settings to outpatient therapy where I have supported individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges. I specialize in working with complex diagnoses and am deeply committed to addressing difficult issues rather than avoiding them. I bring a holistic approach as an individual, family, and couples’ therapist, creating a compassionate and empowering space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I have worked extensively with mental health, trauma, relationship dynamics, and substance use, always striving to help clients build resilience, regain confidence, and reconnect with themselves and loved ones. My aim is to promote lasting change by helping clients challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional connections, and reclaim agency in their lives. I’m honored to walk alongside each person and family on their unique path toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, goal-oriented, and solution-focused, designed to help clients see meaningful progress as quickly as possible. I believe time is of the essence, and I aim to help clients move from insight to action in each session. My style encourages open, honest dialogue while maintaining structure and accountability. I focus on identifying barriers, setting realistic goals, and developing practical strategies that foster long-term growth. Clients can expect a balance of compassion and challenge, as I guide them toward clarity, resilience, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a collaborative and welcoming environment where we identify immediate concerns and define clear goals for therapy. The intention is to create a broader perspective on what’s been holding them back and to establish a sense of direction from the start. Clients are encouraged to share openly, as this space is free of judgment and focused on understanding their unique experiences. Together, we begin uncovering what has been buried or avoided, allowing for emotional release and personal insight. By the end of the session, clients often leave with a renewed sense of hope and awareness of how therapy can create meaningful change.
