Great to meet you!

I have a Master of Science in Family, Couples, and Family Counseling from Walden University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a specialty in trauma and crisis. My formal education, training, and experience has prepared me to counsel individuals, groups, couples, families, adolescents, and children.

A bit about my approach to therapy

There are many counseling approaches and techniques which may be utilized at any given time to meet a client’s specific needs. My counseling approach is based on my client’s needs, it can be a combination of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions are held on time per week for 53 minutes.

The counseling relationship is a professional relationship rather than a social one.

Our contact will be limited to the counseling sessions you arrange with me at the Universal Agape Love office/ Serenity Counseling Center.

Please note that it is not possible to guarantee any specific results regarding your counseling goals. Together we will work to achieve the best possible results.

If I see you in public, I will protect your confidentiality.
