Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years of experience supporting adults through complex and often overwhelming life challenges. My background includes extensive work in community mental health, where I provided care to individuals navigating trauma, severe stress, mood disorders, psychosis, and major life transitions.

My approach is down-to-earth, direct, and affirming. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine and collaborative space where you can process your emotions openly while also gaining practical tools for change. I value honesty in the therapeutic relationship and work to create an environment where clients feel understood, supported, and gently challenged.

My approach to therapy

My clinical work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including CBT for trauma and psychosis, as well as solution-focused approaches. I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to help you better understand your patterns, develop effective strategies, and feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. You can expect a supportive space where your experiences are taken seriously while we begin identifying practical steps toward change.
