Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional counselor who often works with complex combinations of mental health issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and addictions. A certified EMDR therapist, I help clients to integrate trauma and deep seated core beliefs that are getting in their way.

I've worked in a dual diagnosis addiction recovery center, a college counseling center, and in education, so don't worry about shocking me. We're all human here.

My approach to therapy

A relationship where you know you are truly seen, accepted, and understood is the best help I can provide. I strive to meet teens, adults, and couples where they are, bringing tools clients can comfortably use in sessions and at home. These include ACT, ART, EMDR, and DBT a.k.a. approaches that engage mind, body, emotions, and spirit to increase awareness, acceptance, and values driven actions. Couple also benefit from Gottman Method work.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to bring well researched and useful approaches to help you meet goals you've chosen and for you to leave sessions feeling capable of creating change in your life. It's a privilege to share the trials, triumphs, and aha! moments of each client.
