Great to meet you!

You may be a mother who feels guilty for losing patience with her children, a woman struggling to find herself after having a baby, or someone trying to keep life moving while grieving a loss that still hurts every day. Maybe your child is having emotional outbursts at school, your family seems to argue about everything, or you're exhausted from constantly worrying about things you can't control. Perhaps you've experienced something painful that makes it difficult to trust others, or you're struggling with depression while everyone around you assumes you're doing fine. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I'm passionate about helping individuals, children, adolescents, and families find relief, rebuild their confidence, and feel connected again.

My approach to therapy

I believe understanding why you're struggling is important, but helping you make meaningful changes in your everyday life matters just as much. Whether you're a parent trying to manage your child's behavior, a woman struggling with anxious thoughts, or a couple caught in the same arguments, we'll work together to identify what's happening beneath the surface and find healthier ways to respond. I'll help you manage overwhelming emotions, work through painful experiences, improve communication, and develop practical ways to handle stress without feeling consumed by it. For children, I also use play, creativity, and activities that help them express feelings they may not yet have the words to explain, while helping parents better understand and connect with them.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what's wrong, or feel pressured to share anything before you're comfortable. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, whether that's grieving someone you love, feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling with the emotional changes of motherhood, or worrying about your child's behavior and happiness. I'll listen without judgment, ask questions to better understand your experiences, and help you feel comfortable discussing the things that may be difficult to share with others. Together, we'll identify what you'd like to change and begin creating a realistic plan to help you or your family feel more supported, understood, and hopeful.
