Great to meet you!

I"m a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, panic, and other mental health concerns. I also have an interest in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional and psychiatric changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should be collaborative and individualized. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric medication management with an integrative perspective that considers sleep, physical health, lifestyle, stress, relationships, and other factors that can affect mental well-being. My goal is to help you understand your options and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is an opportunity for me to understand what you're experiencing and what you hope will improve. We'll review your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, sleep, lifestyle, and other factors that may be contributing. We'll discuss treatment options together, including medication when appropriate, and develop a plan that fits your individual needs and goals.
