Great to meet you!

The struggle with anxiety and depression is a silent battle many face daily. These mental health conditions can be debilitating, affecting every facet of life from relationships to work performance. Yet, the good news is that they are manageable. I support individuals who believe in LGBTQ+ equity, individuals’ rights and providing education resources that make communities more welcoming and inclusive.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating realistic treatment goals with individual clients. Implementing interventions and strategies are essential to measure symptom improvements.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe place to talk about frustrations and offer supportive tips and strategies through the use of cognitive and behavioral techniques. Through individual therapy, I help individuals face obstacles that they struggle to get past. Some may lose motivation and perhaps scared by their own vulnerability. I also schedule sessions on Saturday's 1x a month.
