Great to meet you!

My private practice has been open since 2017. Before that time. I was a clinician with both outpatient and inpatient treatment services. My Masters Degree was earned at Western Carolina University in 2012 and I have two current North Carolina professional licenses- Clinician Mental Health Counselor and Clinician Addiction Specialist. In my practice, I work best with those who are age 18 and up.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my private practice, I apply a collaborative method and choose from a variety of techniques to best fit your individual needs. The exploration of values is important in personal growth so identification of these values will be a focus. You will then be in charge of choosing to align your behaviors with these identified values. I aim to provide an outside perspective that helps you gain insight into yourself, your goals for personal growth, and how to best achieve those goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Particular solution focused techniques will be discussed so that you can practice using them between sessions. You will have identified personal goals that you can work toward for follow-up at the next session.
