Hello & Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters in Counseling providing individual therapy to adults. I have been practicing for 10 years and I enjoy helping people discover their best selves and find relief from symptoms that hold them back. I utilize evidence based techniques such as Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to address issues and support areas of growth and improvement that are important to you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You know yourself better than anyone else, and I truly believe that you hold all of the answers within yourself. With compassion and genuine curiosity I will listen to all that you have to say, and together we'll find workable solutions. My interests are in helping people manage and understand their anxieties, mild depression, relationship issues, and life transitions such as beginning a new job/school, pregnancy, parenting, or empty nesters.
