Great to meet you!

Are you tired, burnt out, or experiencing the fight or flight rollercoaster? Do you feel the weight of the world or needs of others on your shoulders? Maybe you've used all your super powers to survive, but are not thriving. In my practice, I've seen many many clients that look just like you and many people who don't. From depression, overthinking, perfectionism, negative self talk, unhealthy habits, anxiety, and traumatic events, the answers lie within. You are not broken! You can be free! Let me walk with you as you create a new narrative.

I offer medication management and brief psychotherapy. A synergistic approach to help you achieve your goals. My approach includes actionable and leading-edge techniques for managing crippling anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and trauma responses. I'll help you develop techniques and create a treatment plan based on your unique abilities and preferences.

If you're not sure where to start or want a fresh approach to dealing with life's challenges, let's connect!

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strategies with an eclectic and personalized approach to bring awareness to symptoms and distinguish them from who you are and the person you want to become.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is meant to be warm and inviting. I want to get to know and keep things feeling stress-free. Choosing to engage in your mental wellness journey can take a lot of courage, so our first visit is part celebration of your showing up for yourself and enjoying the fun of creating the treatment plan that makes you excited to be and stay well.

I'll get to know you, your goals and the tools you've found successful and we'll build from there. We'll go over the symptoms you want to tackle in an hour-long visit and create your treatment plan from there. If medication is recommended or desired, we will make that happen in your first visit. If not, then that's okay, too. Our treatment plan will be as dynamic as you are.
