Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2008. I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients using cognitive behavioral, supportive, and strengths-based therapies. I am experienced in helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions, sleep disturbances, and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals using a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach. I think of myself as a guide to help individuals navigate obstacles, identify accomplishments, and achieve both personal and therapeutic goals. I am eclectic and use some of the following interventions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strength-Based, etc. My goal is always to customize my approach to meet my clients unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will develop a safe space by sharing about my therapeutic style. Then I will start to gather information about why you are seeking services and what you hope to achieve from therapy. Together, we will develop treatment goals.
