Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome, I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Over the past 11 years as a clinician, I have had the privilege of working deeply with children and families as they navigate life's challenges. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Because of this, I strive to create a therapeutic environment unique to you, tailoring my approach to best support each individual in reaching their specific goals. In my practice, I blend talk, play, and art-based modalities to match your unique needs, strengths, and preferences.

My approach to therapy

My work is deeply grounded in attachment-based theory and trauma-informed care. Above all, my priority is creating a safe, compassionate space for the processing of trauma. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing, helping to strengthen your ability to cope with life’s difficulties and build lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can require a lot of courage. I honor where you are at today, and I look forward to walking alongside you and/or your family.
