Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike yourself lately? For many women, seasons of life such as pregnancy, infertility, postpartum, relationship changes, or major life transitions can bring intense emotional shifts. You may notice racing thoughts, mom rage, persistent worry, or feeling disconnected from the person you once felt like. You can love your baby deeply or be navigating womanhood outside of motherhood and still struggle. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I specialize in women’s and maternal mental health and support clients navigating pregnancy, infertility, postpartum anxiety and depression, identity shifts, and the emotional and mental load of motherhood. I also work with women experiencing life transitions such as relationship changes, trauma recovery, anxiety about the future, depression, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

My passion for maternal mental health comes from my own experience navigating postpartum anxiety after the birth of my first child. That experience inspired me to become the therapist I wish I had; someone who understands the emotional shifts of motherhood and reminds mothers that they are enough.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with nine years of clinical experience and four years specializing in maternal mental health. I have completed training through 2020 Mom and Postpartum Support International and am currently working toward my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).

My approach to therapy

In therapy, my goal is to create a supportive space where you can slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with your sense of self. Together, we focus on helping you regulate your nervous system, understand emotional patterns, and develop practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with your values in motherhood and throughout different seasons of womanhood.

During our work together, we explore the biological, emotional, and social factors that can contribute to anxiety, mood changes, and overwhelm particularly during pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life transitions. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and feel more supported and like themselves again.

My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and able to show up as their real selves. And sometimes that includes a touch of humor because motherhood and life can be hard, and laughing together can be part of the healing process.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and feel truly heard. Together we will explore the thoughts, emotions, and life experiences contributing to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping you develop practical tools so you can feel more grounded and confident as you navigate motherhood and other seasons of womanhood.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported, understood, and reminded that you don’t have to navigate this season of life alone.

I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. You’re welcome to message me through Headway or email me at [email protected] to schedule a free 15-minute consultation before deciding whether to move forward with an intake appointment.
