Great to meet you!

I have been supporting children and families to address mental health and behavioral concerns and family changes/conflict for over 10 years. My style is down-to-earth, active, solution-focused, strength-focused, and collaborative. We will work together to help identify challenges and then agree different strategies to reach your/family’s goals. I am trained in evidenced-based family and trauma-informed therapies and use CBT and MI techniques.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether you know what you want to work on or just feel like you're stuck and want a new perspective, feel free to reach out. The process of therapy may feel difficult at times, and it is also often filled with relief, curiosity, and discovery. If you are struggling with or have questions about your child’s behavior and/or mental health concerns and would like support, I would like to help.

What you can expect from our first session

In session I am collaborative and a good listener. I want to understand the challenge you are having and then will agree with you the next steps and ideas to alleviate your concerns. We will agree short-term and long-term goals and will measure progress towards those goals every session.
