Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who specializes in working with disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While I draw from a variety of therapy models, my core approach is helping people process the emotions that are keeping them stuck. I especially find parts work helps connect clients with their compassionate core self to heal emotional wounds and create balance within. I view myself as a guide in your process, helping you unlock the answers within and offering a gentle nudge when needed.

What you can expect from our first session

I've been on both sides of the "couch" as therapist and client, and have found that a supportive, non-judgmental space to process life's challenge is invaluable for healing and growth!
