Great to meet you!

I believe you should not have to spend months in therapy before you begin to feel hope. My goal is for you to leave your very first session with some form of relief, a greater understanding of what you’re experiencing, and a clearer path toward healing. I specialize in trauma, attachment, and recovery, and I work with both children and adults of all ages. At the heart of my work is a deeply held belief that trauma does not have to define the rest of your life. Healing is closer than you think.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you heal from trauma, not simply cope with it. I’m deeply person centered and draw from a wide range of approaches to fit your specific situation. For clients who’d like to include Christ in their recovery, we can take healing one step further, examining trauma through the lens of your relationship with the Savior.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to walk in ready to tell your whole story, and healing doesn’t require reliving every painful detail. We’ll gently uncover the beliefs and patterns getting in the way of the life you want, and find where healing can begin. Clients describe me as warm, hopeful, and easy to trust.
