Great to meet you!

I have been working in the field for over ten years, working with children, teens and adults. I enjoy helping people discover their happiness, solutions to their problems, and how to appreciate each day.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with people from all walks of life. I have worked in crisis situations with children who are five to adults in their fifties who are survivors of trauma. I have vast experience working with teenagers and young adults, who are looking for guidance. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them find their path in life.
