Shannon Jackson

I was born and raised in New Orleans, La. I love being able to relate to patients and talk about family and food. I love empowering patients to improve their health. It’s extremely rewarding working with everyone and being involved in preventive care and providing emotional support.

My approach to providing care is by using the patient centered care model. I individualize the patient needs and goals which in turn empower the patient to participate in their care decisions.

From our sessions together, I want to set expectations and goals and start building trust between us.
