Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges like behavior struggles, ADHD, bipolar disorder, impulse control issues, and family conflict. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in their growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and never judged.

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself. We’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of your thoughts and reactions, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. I focus on helping you understand patterns that aren’t serving you and strengthening the skills that move you toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you — what you’re dealing with, what you’ve tried, and what you hope will be different. Together, we’ll start shaping a plan that fits you: your needs, your pace, and your goals. You can expect a warm, relatable space where you’re heard, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
