Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas, Arizona, and Nevada. I have over 15 years of experience in mental health. I have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, mental health clinics, community centers, and state facilities. I consider myself to be laid-back with a warm spirit.

My approach to therapy

My practice philosophy is simple, yet meaningful: no two people are the same. I believe that every person deserves a treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. I like to consider myself an eclectic therapist. I tailor my methods to fit each person's specific needs, goals, and preferences.

The best way to work with people is to consider as many factors as possible. My clients have a variety of needs, preferences, and perspectives, and that means that I need to be flexible and adaptable. I know that there are a lot of different factors that make up a person and working on their individual needs and desires will lead to the greatest improvement for them.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space, where they feel heard and supported. My eclectic approach allows me to tailor each session to the individual's needs, helping clients:

Gain a deeper self awareness and insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

  • Develop effective coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges.
  • Improve emotional regulation and strengthen resilience in difficult situations.
  • Enhance communication and relationship skills for healthier connections.
  • Set and achieve meaningful personal goals while building self-confidence.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients with the tools and strategies they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.
