Great to meet you!
If you're here, chances are something has shifted — maybe you just had a baby and don't quite recognize your own life anymore. Maybe your body and mind are changing in ways no one prepared you for, and you're wondering if this is just "how it is now." Maybe you're stretched between caring for everyone else and wondering when someone will ask how you're doing. Wherever you are, I'm glad you're here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in perinatal and perimenopause/menopause mental health. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and hold a Menopause Mental Health Certification (MMHPC). I work primarily with women who are navigating the many emotional, relational, and identity shifts that can come with becoming a mother and moving through midlife.
My work often includes supporting women experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship challenges, changes in identity, work-family balance, and the sometimes unexpected emotional impact of major life transitions. I have a particular passion for helping women feel more like themselves again when life—or their bodies—seem to have changed the rules.
