Great to meet you!

I believe that what truly sets me apart from others is that I have personally experienced much of life's challenges which gives people comfort in knowing when I say, "I know what you're going through", I mean just that.

I specialize in working with empaths and HSP's, and the majority of my practice is focused on helping people heal from narcissistic abuse as well as understand what they have endured and how to get out of the situation!

My approach to therapy

I take a diverse approach to therapy, using many different modalities and ultimately create a safe space for my clients to get the most out of their sessions. It is important to me to do what works best on an individual basis whether that be through talking, art, text, learning, etc. I prefer this to be an empowering experience and one that instills hope!

What you can expect from me

Clients will receive validation and a plan as to how to move forward. I know how hard it is to heal from situations in life and I hate that empty feeling that life often gives us, so it's important to me that my client's leave my sessions feeling a little bit more hopeful and feel empowered to move through life!
