Great to meet you!

Each individual has a unique background and lived experience which inform how they perceive and engage with the world. My focus is to help guide individuals through moments of challenge, grief, joy, and everything in-between. My background in trauma and health psychology, specifically in the treatment of adults experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, chronic pain (acute & chronic), and other health related disorders serves as a foundation for my clinical orientation. My goal is to utilize a holistic approach to tailor treatment specific to the needs of each individual. I am certified in Brainspotting and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute. I also draw from other modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT), Somatic Based Psychotherapy, and Interpersonal Processing Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to approach treatment with an open-minded, holistic approach allowing space for curiosity and discovery. With creativity, vulnerability, humor, and compassion we will work to address the challenges you are experiencing. My focus is in trauma, grief, health, and interpersonal relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is truly about us getting to know each other. Together we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, your desired outcomes, and a bit about your background and history to establish a plan for our work together.
