Great to meet you!

Perhaps you want to enjoy life and have healthy relationships, yet sometimes things don't go the way you had hoped. Actions and habits that served us or others well in the past don't work in a current situations, and yet we don't know what direction to take.

I work with people to increase their relationship and coping skills so they can live a life that is meaningful and rewarding to them. We will set goals together, based upon what you want to achieve, and we will move at a pace that is comfortable for you.

I have a MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and I have additional training in EMDR, Anger Management & Restorative Therapy. I also have trained extensively in Emotionally Focused Therapy, PACT training, the Developmental Model, conflict management, & disordered gambling.

I work with adult individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives, who are having trouble adjusting to a transition in life, who might be experiencing infidelity in their relationship (whether they or their partner are the one who is involved in another relationship), or clients who find that anxiety is having a strong & negative effect on their life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary approach is a blend of CBT, trauma healing, relationship building skills, attachment work, and differentiation by understanding oneself and improving assertiveness skills.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients oftentimes begin to understand & know themselves better as they talk through challenges with a trained individual who can support & understand them, while also seeing a situation from multiple angles.
