Great to meet you!

For over 5 years, I have been passionate about supporting people affected by trauma and major life adjustments. A majority of my work has been focused on helping people with C-PTSD find a path towards healing by holding space for their challenging life experiences, identifying their own strengths and areas of resilience, and finding hope for the future. I welcome anyone who needs a nonjudgemental, sometimes silly yet always supportive advocate in their life. (Fun fact: Adults can do play therapy too!)

My approach to therapy

I take the therapeutic bond very seriously and understand how critical physical and emotional safety is to survivors of trauma, violence, and exploitation. I am a highly trained trauma-informed therapist that is certified in EMDR and other various trauma-focused modalities, with a specific focus on children, adolescents, and young adults. I always try to meet clients "where they're at" with warmth and curiosity. I believe therapy is just a collaborative approach to creative problem-solving. Let's get started!

What you can expect from me
