Great to meet you!

I consider myself a social worker by nature. I enjoy helping people become the best person they can be. I want to work with people on how to communicate better and manage relationships. I enjoy working with clients that are dealing with life transitions and grief. I am a full time school social worker and a part time therapist.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. My approach is to help clients identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change.

Rather than focusing solely on problems, I work with clients to recognize their existing skills, resources, and successes. Together, we identify achievable goals and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I help clients understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another and learn new ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I view therapy as a partnership and strive to create a welcoming, collaborative space where clients can build confidence, develop effective coping skills, and make progress toward the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to learn about you—not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your experiences, relationships, strengths, and the factors that have shaped your life. We'll talk about what is happening currently that led you to seek support, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what a successful therapy experience would look like for you. My goal is to understand your story, help you feel comfortable and supported, and begin creating a plan that builds on your strengths and moves you toward meaningful change.
