Great to meet you!

I have over five years of experience working as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and more than fifteen years of experience as a Licensed Substance Use Counselor. I’ve worked extensively with patients dealing with addiction, severe mental health crises, and have helped them regain stability and improve their quality of life. I completed my Master’s degree at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.”

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, focusing on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges. I blend strengths-based, trauma-informed, and compassion-focused strategies, collaborating closely with clients to build resilience, set meaningful goals, and develop practical coping strategies.”

What you can expect from me

Typically, during the first session, clients can expect an introductory conversation where we determine goals, any challenges you are experiencing and the context of what is needed. It provides an opportunity to get comfortable, ask questions, and understand my approach and style. It’s usually more of a getting-to-know-you session to see if we are a good fit and determine treatment goals.
