Great to meet you!

I believe that all humans are designed with a blueprint of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual systems for remaining as healthy as possible. Unfortunately, biological factors and/or environmental experiences can interfere with our abilities to remain aware and connected to these innate systems to develop positive wellness skills.

My approach to therapy

Through various forms of therapeutic approaches, we can address the challenges of life transitions, behavioral issues, difficulties involving faith, self-concept development, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked with adolescents, teens, young adults, and their families (from ages 10 to 65+ years) using approaches based in behavior therapies, cognitive-behavior therapies, psychodynamic, existential, and various forms of trauma therapy.

What you can expect from me

I hope to guide you into an increased understanding of yourself and/or your situation through collaborative engagement & easy-to-understand breakdowns and explanations. I offer relevant, practical steps that can be applied at a comfortable and productive pace. I assign homework exercises to be done independently before more challenging assignments involving others (for goals involving others). I hope to equip you with wisdom and tools that empower you to thrive and reach your goals.
