I am a clinical social worker with 25 years of experience in child and family connection and empowerment work. I focus on helping children understand themselves and feel empowered in their lives and parents to build stronger connections, empathy, and understanding of their children.

I use a holistic empowerment approach with children that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral, narrative, and Motivational Interviewing techniques and strategies to help individuals reframe and reapproach situations they might experience and stories that might have formed. I am highly trained in the Connective Parenting approach to parent education which emphasizes acceptance, personal responsibility, respect, empathy, and deep family connection.
