Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy only works when there is a genuine connection between the therapist and the client. I prioritize creating a safe space for clients to explore their most vulnerable parts.

My approach to therapy

I draw from multiple therapy modalities, including CBT, ACT, and IFS (level 1 trained). I am able to adapt my style to the changing needs of the client. I aim to be present with my clients in their emotions and without judgment.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for my clients to be able to explore and accept all parts of themselves so that they can discover their unique tools that they can always access for lifelong personal growth.
