Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work. The areas I have emphasized further training on have been childhood abuse and trauma and the trauma disorders these experiences can cause such as CPTSD, PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders. I am also deeply interested in helping individuals who have been late diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism to better understand how their brain works and how to approach life differently.

My approach to therapy

I like creating a collaborative relationship with my clients. I have the education and training to help individuals, but only they can really help me understand what is going on for them in their internal and external worlds. I have been focusing my training to include a number of different therapies to help target different ways we all need to process things to help people be able to move forward into the lives they want.

What you can expect from me

I focus on helping my clients achieve their goals or to help them figure out what it is they even want. Treatment and tracking outcomes is tailored to best meet the clients I work with.
