Great to meet you!

I work primarily with teens, young adults, parents, and adults navigating life transitions and complex family dynamics - especially around anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, trauma, and changes like divorce or blended families. I know these experiences can feel messy and heavy, and my goal is to help you make sense of what’s going on while finding a path forward that actually feels manageable.

I especially enjoy working with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I tend to connect well with teens who might be more guarded or unsure about therapy. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, truly understood, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, relational, and honest. I am someone who will listen deeply, support you, and also gently challenge you when it helps you grow. I pull from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and EMDR depending on what fits best for you, with a focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more confident and in control of your emotions.

What you can expect from me

Hopefully you're feeling more comfortable and have a clear understanding of what we will work on in therapy as well as a feeling either way of whether or not we are a good fit for each other.
