Great to meet you!

With 16 years of experience in behavioral health, I am a licensed clinical social worker supervisor, and a licensed chemical dependency counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My clinical experience includes working with substance, use disorders, trauma, personality, disorders, adjustment disorders, and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each persons story is unique, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you are seeking support for healing from trauma, managing relationship or family concerns, overcoming substance use, adjusting to life transitions, I’m committed to partnering with you to help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and achieve your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and it’s normal to feel uncertain or anxious about the process. My priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment, where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. During our first few sessions, my goal is to get to know you, understand your unique story, and identify your strengths, challenges, and the goals that are most important to you. I believe that effective therapy is built on trust and collaboration, so we will work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your values, needs, and desired outcomes. I strive to create a therapeutic space where healing can be nurtured, shame can be replaced with self-compassion, and growth feels possible. Together, we will work to break the chains of shame, build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and empower you to create meaningful, lasting change. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to support, challenge, and encourage you as you move toward the life you want to live.
